As a Recruitment Specialist with over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, I am passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities. In my current role at Bantrel, I specialize in full cycle recruitment and handle all aspects of Talent Acquisition (no, I don't just headhunt and call people all day - though that is part of my job). I pride myself on my ability to communicate openly and honestly, build strong relationships, and initiate positive change. My strengths include process building and improvement, solving complex problems, developing efficiencies, and leading successful recruitment efforts. I am also dedicated to mentoring and training whenever I have the opportunity. Working with students and helping people land their first "real" job, starting their careers, truly fills my cup. What I love about working at Bantrel is the supportive and collaborative work environment, the camaraderie and friendship with my colleagues, and our company's active involvement in the community.
