About Robyn Loewen

I have 14 years of experience, creating numerous residential gardens, pools, and commercial spaces in the Orange County and Southern California Area. I welcome the challenges and rewards of collaborating with homeowners to create gardens and outdoor living spaces that are both pleasing, functional, and environmentally conscience. Southern California native, I was drawn to design and art at an early age. Having lived abroad in both Europe and Africa, I have absorbed an abundance of knowledge about architectural styles from studying historic and contemporary architectural around the world; From more Mediterranean designs, traditional, to contemporary designs. I have 20 years of drafting experience, and have been awarded by the Pomona Chapter of the National Women in Construction for my drafting abilities, and at Rio Hondo Community College for excellence in CAD drafting. I graduated with my bachelors of since in landscape architecture from California Polytechnic University in 2009, and was also awarded by the American Society of Landscape Architects as a student for excellence in communications, and for my work on the documentary "Women in the Dirt: Landscape Architects Shaping Our World". Currently I am working on my credentials with APLD, the Association of Profession Landscape Designers, and my landscape architecture license.
