About Robyn Masters

As a Community Worker with experience working in management and community development within local government and the not-for-profit sector I feel privileged to have been involved in so many diverse and challenging projects. Through building effective partnerships, I have delivered multiple effective projects that have resulted in improved outcomes for families and communities. I thrive on the energy of working collaboratively with a team that will embrace new approaches, will consider the links to evidence based practice and strives to bring about social justice and set new hopes for the next generation. I quickly understand the objectives of the role and identify the best way to achieve those objectives and, through my own enthusiasm and passion, consistently bring others along on the journey, building positive networks and partnerships and inspiring people to get excited and enthusiastic about a project and their role within it. I bring over 20 years’ experience to social planning, social enterprise, community engagement and project development. My education includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Community Development.
