With a Master’s in HR Management from Technological University Dublin and hands-on experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, I bring both academic rigour and real-world execution to my work. I’ve designed and delivered programs that improve retention, strengthen leadership capability, and enhance cross-functional collaboration. I’m incredibly passionate about building scalable people practices that support growth, grounded in data, empathy, and culture. I operate as a trusted partner to the business, whether it's reworking onboarding, coaching managers, or shaping engagement strategies. My focus now is to continue growing as a people leader where I can influence people strategy at scale and help companies become places where great work, and great people, thrive.
