About Robyn Press
With a background in Teaching and Leadership, I have been involved with the development of educational programmes to support teachers and children to achieve their full potential both in Australia and overseas. In particular I am interested in working with early career teachers - this passion has led to my doctoral research into the professional development model known as 'Quality Teaching Rounds' as a means to support beginning teachers. Having shared my knowledge of current research -based practice with preservice teachers as Lecturer in Education, I am now leading others to implement change on a school- wide basis at Redlands College.
