I’m a strategic leader in professional and executive education, with a passion for developing high-impact learning solutions that advance mission readiness and workforce capability across federal government agencies and military organizations. In my role as Director of Federal Government and Military Programs at eCornell, I work closely with senior government and military leaders to design and deliver training initiatives that support leadership development, organizational resilience, and long-term success. With a background in business development, strategic partnerships, and program execution, I manage a multimillion-dollar portfolio that aligns Cornell’s professional education offerings with the unique and evolving demands of the public sector. I specialize in building trusted relationships, customizing learning pathways, and ensuring seamless program delivery that drives measurable outcomes. Prior to my work in higher education, I served two decades in the United States Air Force, where I led initiatives in operations, curriculum development, and executive education for military personnel. That experience sharpened my understanding of leadership under pressure and deepened my commitment to service-driven impact. I hold a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business, along with certifications in Enterprise Management, Artificial Intelligence Strategy, and Executive Leadership. I’m passionate about empowering professionals with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to lead in complex, high-stakes and complex environments, and I’m always looking for new ways to align education with mission success.
