I handle all administrative duties for the company that I helped create. As one of the owners, I wear many hats within the organization including spreadsheets, statistic tracking, dispatching, client retention and management, networking, payroll, strategic planning, and human resources. I LOVE my job and am incredibly proud to have played a critical role in founding a company that cares so deeply for both our clients, our craft, and our employees. I have over 10 years of experience in customer service and client relations which was excellent preparation for my current position. I graduated Cum Laude at Belmont University in May of 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Entrepreneurship with a Management emphasis and induction to Sigma Nu Tau: The National Entrepreneurship Honor Society. I am passionate about ensuring that our clients have a pleasant experience from beginning to end when they call Cool Rays for assistance. Cool Rays Air Conditioning and Heating is a family-owned-and-operated company with the pleasure of servicing clients in Brevard County, Florida. We are a licensed and insured full-service residential HVAC company serving Brevard County, FL that is passionate about giving our clients the best service under the sun.
