Currently a ACCA Finalist studying my ACCA qualification & working full time as a Company Treasurer at Vroon Offshore Services Ltd.Recently passed my Strategic Business Leader ACCA exam, 3 exams left till qualified.Preparation and postings of bank payments to external suppliers and payment of staff expenses.• Clearing intercompany balances within Vroon and updating bank ledgers on a regular basis for the group.• Preparation and updating of daily cash register (DCR) for the group.• Monitoring the liquidity of the business by reviewing projected cash inflows and outflows inorder for the company to successfully settle payments.• Assist and support preparation of the budget and quarterly forecast.• Posting trial balances generated from Axapta / D365 into accounts production & taxpreparation software to produce quarterly / annual draft financial statements & Tax returnsfor the year end audit.• Assist in the maintenance of the Fixed Asset register and monthly depreciation run.• Assist in maintenance and running in Intercompany loan data contained within theAxapta / D365 Treasury Module.• Assist in the maintenance of External loan data contained within the Axapta / D365Treasury Module.• Ensure timely preparation of general ledger accounts reconciliations of the Vroon Groupcompanies.• Review the accuracy (via the Axapta / D365 Treasury Module) of internal and externalinterest payments and redemptions of loans;• Preparation and posting of monthly interest and loan eliminations;• Assist in posting monthly and periodic journals including accruals, prepayments, andallocation of general overheads into MS Dynamics AX / D365.General responsibilities include:• Ensure corporate accounting is performed in conformance with accounting principles and procedures.• Assist in preparation of Balance Sheet recs for all VOUK ERRV and VSUK Tankers Groups.• Assist in all corporate accounting activities of the Aberdeen based Vroon Group entities.• To assist the Accounting Manager in handling ad-hoc accounting matters related toCorporate Accounting of the VOUK ERRV and VSUK Tanker Groups.• To assist the Accounting Manager in preparing Year end audit files for the review andsubmission to auditors.• To assist in the monthly consolidation process including eliminations, reclasses for Aberdeenbased Vroon Group entities.My work responsibilities include but not limited to-Assisting in the preparation of budgeting and reforesting-Preparing the tax computations alongside the company’s financial statements
