I am a highly experienced, commercially focused transformational and operations leader with over 20 years demonstrated success in the management and performance oversight of service contracts including management of service obligations, budget and compliance requirements within the Aviation, Transport, Integrated Facility Services and Commercial Security industries. I have a proven performance history in the development of service strategies, performance outcomes and process controls to meet regulatory compliance whilst improving operational excellence. I have a demonstrated track record managing, developing and negotiating sizeable, high commercial value contracts, including completing budgeting and forecasting for multi- million dollar contracts. In addition to my technical contract and project management competence, I also possess highly developed negotiating, influencing and interpersonal skills with proven success in developing and maintaining strong working relationships with contract, client, supplier and executive stakeholders to drive performance and value. I am also a passionate and committed people leader with a demonstrated ability managing large teams to ensure best practice operational efficiency and service delivery, including providing mentoring and staff development plans. I have successfully implemented innovations and improvements to existing contracts, as well as personally completing, and leading teams to develop technical specifications for contract variations, preparing tender documents and developing new or improved contract models.
