I am a vibrant and driven person with proven leadership and management experience. I hold a 4th Class Power (Operating) Engineer certification, as well as Facility Manager Professional (FMP) and Facility Manager Building Environmental (FMBE) credentials from the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) as well Certified Member of a workplace Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC). My recent higher education at Rotman - School of Management of the University of Toronto, provided me with outstanding skills to enable impact through inclusive leadership. My core competencies include project management, operations and maintenance, customer service, leadership and team building, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. My daily goal is to ensure the services and facilities continue to operate in an efficient and effective manner, I have demonstrated the ability to provide uninterrupted services in a timely and cost-effective manner while ensuring safety and compliance standards. I have also implemented effective strategies to motivate, engage, and empower my teams, and fostered a customer-centric mindset to create an excellent experience for the clients. As a strong advocate of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, I have leveraged my skills and tools to maximize the potential of different teams and drive project success and organizational effectiveness.
