I also managed benefit administration, employee performance and coaching. HR Director/Customer Service Administrator for a tech start up. As the architect of both departments, I built team and department structure from the ground up, establishing metrics, reports and providing outstanding service to our sales team. As the HR “team of 1” for the first 18 months; I led the recruiting effort and compliance efforts, managed employee relations, learning and development along with building a culture that was aligned with the CEO’s vision. As the Customer Service Administrator, I utilized Hub Spot to establish chat/bot messaging communication. I led the efforts to hire the team and develop the structure needed to ensure outstanding service. In the role as Audience Development Manager, I successfully managed the development, implementation, optimization, and analysis of audience growth strategies for (8)B2B publications. I achieved both readership and audit goals along with event management support.
