I foster collaborative and innovative environments.I currently led a product development team responsible for two key products at One New Zealand: One Wallet, a digital app wallet that allows customers to build a balance, and Trade-in, a convenient and cost-effective way to use the value of your old phone towards upgrading to a new phone. These initiatives have enhanced the business product offerings and significantly improved customer satisfaction and engagement.
