As a professional human resources with cross experience in Facility Management and Community Development, Rochman has high integrity, motivation, and willingness to learn. With his leadership skill, Rochman has a vision to make company goal as a base in organization success. Along with his 18 years experience in some national and multinational companies (Manfacturing, Mining and Power Plant), his vision becomes more comprehensive. He is so well-known about his interests in HR, Facility Management, Community Development, developing good relationships, learning new skills, willing to innovate, and motivating/inspiring people through sharing and creating additional positive value.
