I am a Pricing Accuracy Manager at Ralphs Grocery Company, where I ensure that customers have the most up-to-date and accurate pricing information on the shelves. I also design and display signs that describe the products and their prices, and direct a weekly reset team that follows the schematic layout. Additionally, I display new marketing materials and promotional advertising to attract customers and increase sales. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University-Dominguez Hills, and I am bilingual in Spanish and English. I have a passion for the mental health field and working with children, and I have gained valuable experience in both areas through my previous roles as a Safety Specialist and a Bookkeeper at Ralphs. I have strong communication skills that help me interact with diverse customers and employees, and I have developed workplace safety, Google Drive, and financial skills that are relevant and transferable to my current and future roles. My goal is to leverage my education and experience to step into Human Resources or the mental health field, where I can make a positive impact on people's well-being and performance.
