Hello! My name is Rocío and I am passionate about cooking. 6 years ago I decided to turn that passion into my profession and study professional cooking at the Argentine Institute of Gastronomy, in the city of Buenos Aires. I always say that when you love gastronomy you are not satisfied with just feeding, but you also seek to generate emotions: harmony, happiness, beauty, poetry, complexity, magic, humor, provocation, culture. My professional experience takes place in both Argentina and Spain, working in Michelin-starred and fine dining restaurants, as a private chef, on yachts and in luxury hotels."People who love to eat are always the best people"-> I am a great defender and consumer of product-based and seasonal cuisine-> My speciality is in entrees and cold dishes and also in bakery and pastry. I took courses in Bakery with Sourdough and Advanced Bakery and Viennoiserie. During my work, I was able to develop experience in entrees, cold dishes, desserts, petit fours, doughs, laminates, ice cream, traditional and avant-garde recipes, among others-> I am currently studying a Master's Degree in Restaurant Administration and Management, with the intention of taking a step forward in the exciting world of gastronomic business-> I also have a degree in Social Communication and Graphic Designer, and both creativity and diction with words have accompanied me throughout my career and my professional development. I was able to work in sectors such as marketing, media and graphic design, finding great passion in interpersonal relationships, words, communication and dialogue-> Traveling is part of my DNA, I am passionate about discovering the world, expanding my knowledge about other cultures and being able to enjoy their reality from a local perspective. This has always nourished my personal and professional development-> I am very creative and proactive.
