As a Vice President of Technology at JPMorgan Chase & Co. for over a year, I have been leading and supporting various technology initiatives and projects that enhance the consumer experience and drive efficiencies across the organization. I have a strong background in payment technology with 8 years in Merchant Services. I am Amazon Web Services (AWS) certified. Before joining JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an Associate Team Leader in 2016, I was a small business owner and operator of Hype Salon, where I applied my skills in Business Planning, Design Management, Marketing, and Employee Training. I also have a passion for organic and ayurvedic hair and skin care modalities, and I hold certifications in Cosmetology and Esthetics from the Carsten Aveda Institute of Arizona and Professional and Chemical Peel Certification from PCA Skin. I am always seeking new challenges and process improvements, and I am motivated to continually improve my performance by developing new skills and fine-tuning my current abilities.
