Passionate nurse leader with expertise in clinical recruitment, critical care, and global healthcare standards. At the heart of my work is a belief in what it means to be a good leader, someone who balances accountability with empathy, drives consistency while staying flexible, and empowers others to grow into their best selves. I find the most fulfillment in helping others succeed, whether it is mentoring my team, guiding international nurses on their journey to the U.S, or building processes that improve outcomes for patients and healthcare partners. For me, leadership is about creating trust, modeling collaboration, and championing both people and performance. Outside of the day to day, I am deeply committed to continuous improvement and leadership development. I love exploring new ways to refine systems, strengthen teams, and elevate nursing practice worldwide.
