With over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources, I have developed strong skills in onboarding, recruiting, training, and employee benefits administration. In my current role, I partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand the hiring needs and create effective sourcing and selection strategies. I also manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from posting job ads and screening resumes to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
