Real Estate Consultant. Have sold and leased over 300 properties both residential and commercial. I graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a degree in Marketing and International Business. After college, being fluent in Spanish, I immediately started working for two of the most recognized Spanish Entertainment companies such as Univision and Televisa. As of 2005, I went into Real Estate full time and have never looked back. I'm not only a Realtor, but have become an investor as well. I have flipped homes and have become a landlord for several properties. I believe in personal growth and continuing education following Mike Ferry and Anthony Robbins' teachings. I cater to the Palos Verdes Peninsula and Southbay Areas. In 2014, my partner and I, Jim Zappulla incorporated the Superior Estates Team. Jim Zappulla has been a consistent a high volume top producer over 35 years. He was employed at RE/MAX Palos Verdes Realty and is now a core partner at Keller Williams Palos Verdes Realty. In addition to being one of the first broker's in the late 80's to sell retail and bulk foreclosures for Bank of America. Helping to establish this team and working with such knowledgeable individuals, has helped me to fast forward acquiring an abundance amount of knowledge and experience in such a short amount of time.
