Nach meinem BWL Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Kommunikation sowie European Business, habe ich mittlerweile bereits langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR. Bei meinen Positionen habe ich Mitarbeiter von der Einstellung, Betreuung bis zum Ausscheiden im Unternehmen begleitet. Im Moment erweitere ich meine HR Erfahrung um Betreuung von ins Ausland entsandten Mitarbeitenden. Ich bin ein HR Generalist, der auch eine gewisse IT- Affinität, ausgezeichnete MS Office Skills und Teamfähigkeit mitbringt. Außerdem kann ich auch verhandlungssicher in Englisch kommunizieren. After my Business administration Studies with emphasis on HR and communication, as well as European business studies, I meanwhile was able to collect a decade of HR working experience. In my positions i have helped employees come on board, provided staff care from A to Z and accompanied them until off boarding. In the moment i am gaining new insights to providing staff care to employees who are dispatched into other countries. I am an HR Generalist, that also brings along a know how for IT Systems, MS Office Skills and the ability to teamwork. And I also am fluent in English.
