About Rocky Hefley

Hello Friends and Colleagues. I wish I was fishing, or hiking through the trails of Kuai. I would have my metal detector strapped to my back, always looking for old artifacts, old coins, old jewelry, historic finds Football games and the barbeque, with a game of cornhole or horseshoes. Until I can do that full time, I have been working at the Everett Boeing site for over 13 years now, I worked on the 787, 767, 747. I can't express my gratitude to this company for the leaders and co-workers that have brilliant minds and dedication with personal integrity within our organizations. I have been able to work with some incredible people all working to one goal. Communicating with all support to leadership to improve all aspects to be the best in the Industry. I am thrilled to be a part of the Everett team as I finish out my career as a Leader, someone you can come talk too. It will take a multi-generational culture with a winning characteristic showing creativity to engage our work force to bring us to the finish line in 1st place. I have an immense passion to teach and help others grow in our aviation industry. I am competitive in all aspects within our industry to push my leadership and drive to support our customers needs. I am currently taking webdesign classes, along with SEO classes to educate myself in a digital world.
