I bring 20+ years of progressive leadership in operations and quality management, with a track record of building high-performing organizations, driving transformational growth, and delivering measurable results across complex, multi-site environments. As VP of Operations at Steinhauser, Inc, I carry full P&L responsibility for the private label manufacturing company — overseeing supply chain, R&D, continuous improvement, and safety while managing $12M in annual material spend. Over six years, I helped scale the business from $7M to $21M+ in revenue through strategic capital investment, operational transformation, and a relentless focus on efficiency and margin performance. Prior to that, I spent over a decade at Multi-Color Corporation, where I provided strategic quality leadership across a $750M global CPG division spanning 40+ manufacturing facilities worldwide. I served as the global technical liaison to P&G, led cross-functional best practice teams, and directed quality management system integration across seven acquisitions — two domestic and five international. Throughout my career, I've been drawn to the intersection of systems, people, and performance. I hold dual master's degrees — an MS in Quality Assurance and an MBA — alongside ASQ certifications in quality management, quality auditing, HACCP, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.What distinguishes my leadership approach is a commitment to building organizational capacity that outlasts any single initiative.
