About Rod Croucher

An accomplished leader within business and the community, with a proven record of success in coaching and guiding people of all ages to become high achievers. A varied and diverse background in engineering in the Armed Forces, as a programme management consultant, in charity work and in coaching young people in sport. After leaving the Army in 2002, worked for the Nichols Group (until 2010), a programme and project management consultancy, mainly in the rail sector. As a Senior Consultant led a wide range of assignments, major programmes and change management initiatives. From 2011 to 2014, was Director of a new Services' charity - On Course Foundation - helping wounded, injured and sick Servicemen and women in their rehabilitation through golf and then back to employment often in the golf industry. Now works as a volunteer caseworker in SW London for SSAFA (the Armed Forces charity) and continues involvement with cricket coaching with Middlesex Cricket. Specialities: Passionate about developing young people through sport and training. Managing and coaching young people to develop sporting skills. Mentoring young engineers (civil, mechanical and electrical) towards chartered status. Team building, development and organisational programmes.
