I'm a self-motivated and self-directed seasoned financial professional with over 25 years progressive experience across diverse industries. Competent in C-suite and Senior Financial Management responsibilities including Setting and Upholding Organizational Policies and Goals, Financial Planning & Analysis, Strategic Planning, Tactical Objectives, Service & Product Pricing Models, Creating and Implementing Action Plans, Financial Reporting, Internal Controls, Legal & Operational Risk Management.In April of 2008 I was hired by U30, a subsidiary of Omnicom (OMC, a $22 billion holding company), to stabilize the company finances disrupted by lack of internal controls and management oversight which soon restored management’s credibility with parent company Omnicom. In July of 2014 I was placed by parent company Omnicom (OMC) at The XD Agency to oversee company transformation to a labor-based business model in response to turbulent market conditions and client driven Procurement departments. I established titles, roles, responsibilities, appropriate staffing plan, operational processes, company goals & policies, and fundamental best practices to create structure and accountability throughout the organization.
