About Rod Parrish

Retired after my 30th year working with Microsoft SharePoint and M365 technologies from back in the days of Vermeer Technologies Incorporated [the original FrontPage owners prior to SharePoint Team Services]. I have worked with, supported and migrated every single version of SharePoint from the very 1st version in the 90's, and worked with the entire M365 stack since the Oct 2010 beta was released. At retirement I was working as the North Carolina Department of Information Technology Sr. M365 Enterprise Administrator. I provided Tier Support statewide, including direct support and training for all state agency admins supporting their agency end users. Consulted and provided architected and composite solutions to resolve problems with state services and worked directly with Microsoft engineers regarding problems and issues with current and upcoming M365 services. I am currently considering consultation, training and part time work in my field remote where I can assist and provide insight through my 30 years of experience. My mantra is all about keeping it simple and helping the average individual become more productive in what has become an often complex and many faceted tool in a majority of organizations.
