I'm an experienced leader and creator of high-performance IT operational and infrastructure teams that support integral business and customer facing systems. My passion is to develop an environment where team members are engaged and empowered to deliver to a high standard in order to provide a superior user experience. I am the driver of a continuous improvement culture utilising technology (especially automation) together with a focus on embedding high quality processes. I have excellent customer, technical and business group support and relationship management skills together with problem and root cause analysis and remediation. I have performed project management of internal initiatives utilising lean and agile principles ensuring engagement of key stakeholders and have financial acumen, budget, vendor and contract management experience.
