A highly proficient and PMP certified Program Manager and Project Manager with 20 years’ experience in successfully delivering a program of works and individual projects across a diverse range of industry sectors. Recent project work successfully implemented Zone Substation infrastructure, SCADA, and IT updates for the electrical power distribution sector; delivered complex communications and radar systems for the Australian Defence Forces; commissioned digital CCTV security systems; and released web-based applications and mobile content delivery platforms for the telecommunications sector. The successful management to completion of my projects demonstrates my ability to effectively plan, lead, organise, and control a project over the entire project life cycle, with works usually completed in a fast paced and technically challenging environment. This is supported by the strong and mutually beneficial relationships built with the project stakeholders. I hold a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Technology Management, as well as Masters and Bachelor Degrees in Aeronautical Engineering. These qualifications are supported by my Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and training as a PRINCE2 practitioner. I hold a current VESI passport (Technical Officer) and am inducted on the United Energy network. I have strong interpersonal skills and am proficient in motivating and developing team members. I am a confident communicator, decision maker, and leader; focused on delivering the best possible outcome for all project stakeholders.
