We create value for our clients through impact…enabling reflection; aligning management teams; challenging the ‘sacred cows’; building confidence to grow your business and valued insights from our own experience across multiple sectors and global markets. Our backgrounds are a blend of entrepreneurs mixed with experienced pros who held senior positions in general management, sales and marketing, operations management and strategy development. We have all worked (some lived) in international markets and have deep understanding, knowledge and expertise in building international businesses and brands. We bear the "battle scars'' and carry the knowledge that only comes from many years of experience, learning and doing. We understand and appreciate the challenges facing SMEs in growing and leading their businesses through growth, culture change, market entry and innovation. We love working with SMEs, delivering real impact.and enjoying a bit of fun in the process. On a personal note. I am a graduate of UCD with a Bachelor of Commerce, a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Member of the Institute of Management Consultants and Advisers; an accredited Senior Practitioner in Mentoring & Coaching with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and I am a certified facilitator and trainer in performance improvement programmes. I love travelling, reading, watching football, rugby and golf, being walked by my dogs!
