About Roderic Norman

Roderic Norman has over 25 years of experience originating and structuring innovative capital solutions, leading investors into new markets and working with diverse teams to build successful cross-border businesses. With a career at the intersection of public, private and development finance, Roderic launched and served as Senior Country Officer for JPMorgan’s Ghana office, covering West Africa (ex-Nigeria); was a pioneer team member of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC); and, more recently, led a team responsible for resource mobilization, governance and oversight for the African Development Bank’s multi-billion dollar non-statutory financing vehicles. Roderic holds a B.A. in international relations from Morehouse College; an M.A. in African studies and international economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced Studies (SAIS), where he was a Henry Luce Scholar (Hong Kong); and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he was a Robert Toigo Fellow. Roderic has a long-standing interest in emerging markets, health and education. He is the Founding Board Chair of ImpactA Global, a private credit fund dedicated to global emerging markets. He is co-founder and fundraising chair of the United World Colleges Togo National Committee. Roderic also previously served as a Trustee for the French American School of NY and a Director for the Harvard University Cooperative Society (COOP).
