I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology with an emphasis of Computer Technology from Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi. My objective is to obtain a position to support the build of world class products and services; to utilize my education, training and experiences in a team environment to maximize productivity and create quality products. Computer Technology has transformed me into a technical management and/or technical oriented professional and prepared me for employment in engineering, business, manufacturing, education and government. Whether through program, project or people management to network administration, installation, configuration, integration, production and operation of complex technological systems, I am capable of implementing a cross-functional use of technical excellence in the work environment by applying my ingenuity, adaptability and punctuality to leverage the complexities of large-scale corporations. As an experienced Computer Technologist, I possess both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in hardware/software engineering such as reliability and testability, network administration and the analysis and evaluation of system outputs. The Computer Technology program has equipped me with exceptional business and financial acumen, systems thinking, business case analysis, decision making and analytical skills. I am capable of facilitating meetings and utilizing innovative presentation technique from gathered data to forecast, estimate and generate risk analysis reports that optimizes resources to execute a robust knowledge transfer, company initiatives and recovery plans. I am familiar with the production process, up and downstream processing, lead times, etc. I possess the ability to manage expectations of multiple tasks with regards to changing demands and time constraints while maintaining a positive attitude.
