As an Account Manager at B4 Logistics, I manage and grow strategic partnerships with clients in the transportation and shipping industry. During my time in this role, I have successfully negotiated and closed multiple contracts, delivered excellent customer service, and increased customer retention and satisfaction. I am also pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration at the University of North Texas, where I am learning about the legal and ethical aspects of law enforcement, criminal investigation, and forensic science. I am passionate about combining my logistics expertise and my criminal justice education to contribute to the safety and security of the society.
