Dedicated professional with 20+ years of financial and technology (software, hardware and network) work experience in multiple industries. My education and skills allow me to quickly assess the essentials of a business to design, create and implement business systems well aimed at improving the performance of that business. I have also demonstrated the ability to quickly learn each organizations’ systems but also understand the data and processes flowing through those systems. Utilizing my extensive experience in database systems, finance and business I created multiple systems for multiple corporations in several different industries. These systems integrated multiple systems data into one system so management had real business intelligence to plan and act on. Worked with management on key business metrics, what they were and best ways of reporting on them. Created SSIS Interfaces that run nightly to update medicaid membership and eligibility data. Code stressed efficiency when writing SQL scripts or stored procedures, VB Net or when utilizing SSIS tasks to ensure that nightly process finished in required time limit. I have used SQL Server and Access extensively to create financial and operating systems for multiple companies in various industries. This involved working with management and users to create systems that are easy to use and have the flexibility to give management the data they need. Management reports were created using Access, Excel, Power BI, Power Pivot, Power Query, Crystal Reports or SQL Server Reporting System. I not only create systems but also work with clients in software selection, including software customization to fit clients’ needs, and integration. I have built multiple ETL processes that obtain data from different software and merge the data for complete management reports. The software included SQL Server, Microsoft Access, Excel, text files and multiple financial programs.
