Dynamic and results-driven banker with over 15 years of comprehensive experience in the banking sector, including more than 10 years in Corporate Relationship Management and 3 years in Risk Management. Since 2022, I have pivoted my expertise towards Project Management, leveraging my extensive knowledge of banking systems, operational flows, legal requirements, and compliance provisions to drive successful project outcomes. I am highly motivated to exceed expectations and consistently perform at 110% of my potential, particularly when developing complex solutions that contribute to organizational goals. In my current role as a Project Manager, I oversee complex, cross-division and cross-country initiatives, such as- Basel IV Regulatory Project: Led a regulatory initiative focused on transforming the Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) calculation model across multiple impacted areas, including Risk Management, Specialized Lending, Operations, and Data Office. Coordinated a project team of over 30 members, ensuring alignment and collaboration across various functions- Group Climate Change Regulatory Project: Spearheaded a project in response to European Central Bank (ECB) and European Banking Authority (EBA) guidelines aimed at integrating climate and environmental risk factors into the Corporate Lending framework. Implemented a physical risk assessment process within the valuation framework, engaging key stakeholders from Risk Management, Specialized Lending, ESG Team, Corporate Sales, Retail Sales Operations, Valuation Desk Core Team, and Retail Lending Team, with a dedicated project team of more than 30 members- ESG Infrastructure Integration Project: Managed the integration of IT applications and local processes to compile and analyze ESG data and key performance indicators, including assessments of green deals and alignment with EU Taxonomy and ICMA criteria. Oversaw development of tools for tracking transition scores, physical risk scores at the borrower level, and the establishment of Net Zero strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption-Obsolescence Replacement Project: Directed a major initiative to replace obsolete IT systems, both hardware and software, enhancing operational efficiency across the organization. Led a diverse project team of over 70 members from various IT clusters, facilitating effective communication and project execution.
