About Rodney Calloway

I served six years in the United States Air Force, during which I served in the Afghanistan War. I served as a crew leader and an operations supervisor, and I was honorably discharged as a Staff Sergeant. After leaving the military, I decided to further my education. I earned my A.A. In General Studies from Southeast Arkansas College, graduated Magna Cum Laude, and became a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. I then continued my education, earned my B.S. in Psychology, graduated Magna Cum Laude, and became a member of Psi Chi International Honor Society. I have extensive experience in client/customer relations, as well as a background in law enforcement/corrections and social services. I am very meticulous, mission-focused, ethical, and self-motivated. I am accustomed to working with a very diverse team and working under pressure. I have conspicuously contributed to many headquarters-level awards, trained and supervised military and correctional staff, and maintained a high standard of performance and professionalism. I function well as a follower and a team player, but I am also very capable of taking leadership responsibilities.
