With over 20 years of experience in multi-unit leadership in both retail and property management, I have a proven record of delivering results and creating positive impacts in the spaces I serve. My core competencies include operating budgets, ledger management, vendor relations, staff development, customer satisfaction, and spoken word. I oversee the operations and financial performance of a portfolio of three multi-family apartment communities, executing procedures, policies, and best practices that ensure properties accomplish their goals. I have reduced delinquency, turnover, and expenses, while increasing occupancy, revenue, and quality standards. I have also completed college coursework in Elementary Education and Teaching, Human Resource Management, and I leverage my communication skills to create engaging and effective training programs and presentations.
