Traveling & working throughout southeast Asia, USA & the UAE I have developed good travel habits arriving on time when and where I'm needed. Having previously worked for Phillips Kiln Services then transferring to Metso in 2012 I have continued to supply an alignment and grinding service to many customers on a diverse range of rotary units such as rotary: kilns, Calciners, Dryers, Carbon Regen, Breakers and more. During normal operation of rotary units misalignment and adverse wear profiles of rolling surfaces is an unavoidable eventuality, through proper alignment it is possible to extend the life span of all components anywhere from 1 month (in extremely misaligned scenarios) all the way up to 20 years and beyond. When the eventual wear and misalignment occurs all is not lost, as it is possible to refurbish rolling surfaces and realign these units in-situ live without any loss to production.
