With over 30 years of work experience, I am a seasoned professional in the security and insurance industries. I have a passion for employee training, team building, mentoring, and safety. I am currently a Branch Trainer at Brink's Inc, a global leader in secure logistics and cash management solutions. As a Branch Trainer, I am responsible for delivering core operational training to new and existing employees at the branch level. I conduct safety training, street inspections, observation rides, and other training as assigned. I also track and report on all required state permits and licenses for all employees. In addition, I am a licensed insurance agent in health, accident, and life insurance, and I can provide expert advice and guidance to clients and colleagues. I have developed strong skills in communication, leadership, problem-solving, and customer service. I am always eager to learn new things and improve my performance. I am proud to be part of a team that values integrity, respect, innovation, and collaboration.
