My role as Operations Manager for Pinchin Ltd. involves overseeing the Environmental Hygiene group and managing the day-to-day operations of the Hazardous Materials / Mould / IAQ groups, in Winnipeg and Brandon. I focus on evolving regulatory requirements to ensure that our clients (government, commercial and private) are in compliance in all aspects of their natural and built environment. I oversee hazardous materials consulting projects, developing asbestos management programs, assisting clients with their asbestos management programs and providing hazardous materials abatement project management services. As Operations Manager, I bring leadership, strategic planning and technical skills to projects. I am involved with a project from start to completion and I work hard to keep my clients in regulatory compliance, to promote workplace safety and to prevent the occurrence of stop-work orders. As a result of our ongoing commitment to our clients, Pinchin Ltd. has become one of the largest and most reputable environmental, health & safety, and engineering consulting firms in Canada. In addition to earning my advanced Diploma in Environmental Technology from Confederation College (2005), I am an Environmental Professional (EP) and a Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.).
