About Rodolfo Eschenbach

Passionate about speed, he believes that technology is neutral and that its potential depends on human intention and wisdom. This conviction led the newly graduated mechanical engineer to migrate from the world of machines to a deep dive into the vastness of information. He explored the reality of data when the cloud ceased to be science fiction and, as a visionary, led the digital transformation of the largest Latin American organizations. Accenture experienced the fastest five years of growth in its history. Rodolfo took the company to the top of pioneering and leadership in Digital in Brazil and Latin America. Once there, he reinvented his own career and began accelerating the transformation of companies, injecting them with everything from new strategies to intelligent operations. He reinvented sectors such as mining, energy, manufacturing, and others. With this knowledge, he later led Accenture’s Strategy and Consulting area, in the final stage before the presidency. On this journey, he saw Accenture double in size globally and increase its market value by more than seven times in 15 years. He also saw Latin America establish itself as an innovation hub for the organization. For the past three years, he has led, in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, and Costa Rica, a force of employees – a vast range of diverse talents, dedicated to improving lives through advanced, precise, and safe use of technological innovation. He devotes time and energy to causes he believes in, as a member of the deliberative board of United Way Brasil and in partnership with Gerando Falcões. His involvement reflects a genuine commitment to social transformation and initiatives that expand opportunities for those who need it most. His leadership inspires clients and brings out the best in professionals so that, in society, it is possible to find the peace of a truly protected and just world.
