As an experienced professional within the industry I possess an extensive systems background, strong leadership skills, team building skills, along with a vast background of troubleshooting knowledge and ability. I have worked in multiple capacities throughout my career including but, not limited to Supervisor, Superintendent, Plant Manager, Operational Excellence Implementation Leader, Director of Manufacturing & Distribution, Corporate Operations Manager, Director of Operations, and Senior Project Manager. Working in multiple roles has afforded me the opportunity to manage facility staff, identify gaps, improve manufacturing efficiencies, troubleshoot facility equipment, work side by side with Human Resources, and multiple cross functional teams. In review of my comprehensive background, you will notice I have a strong managerial foundation that fosters my commitment to Safety, Team Building, Kaizen Events, and Quality Excellence.
