Over 14 years of experience in the financial area, with experience in planning. He currently works at the National Superintendence of Economic Scenarios and Investor Relations, managing the Financial and Sector Market cell. Has been responsible for the management of individual and corporate client portfolios, work and team routines, in a physical unit, promoting the relationship with clients, fostering business and contributing to the achievement of sustainable results. Main Duties: Manage and qualify relationship portfolio; Set priorities, ensure compliance with goals and schedules established for the portfolio; Ensure delivery of the results attributed to its segment of operation and contribute to achieving the unit's results; Prospect customers to build relationships based on trust and satisfaction, promoting profitable and sustainable businesses; Promote relationship and loyalty of your customer portfolio through the sale of products, services and portfolio investments; Potentialize business, providing proactive service, in order to anticipate customer needs and offer appropriate products and services; Execute customer service, relationship and investment strategies and enable the use of appropriate channels, according to the needs and individual characteristics of the clients of the portfolios; Provide consultancy to relationship clients, guiding them on investment decisions, qualified credit and other products / services in the portfolio, aiming at sustainable and lasting relationship; Authorize operations and investments, and market products and services in the portfolio; Manage subordinate team; Meet the needs related to business, related to banking operations and programs, products and services resulting from public policies and civil construction. Currently pursuing Postgraduate studies in Finance, Investments and Banking at PUCRS; he holds a Master's degree in Production Engineering from UNESP / Bauru, a line of research in Applied Quantitative Methods (2013). He has an MBA in Finance, Controllership and Auditing from FGV / SP (2011), an MBA in Leadership and Coaching in People Management (Ahanguera, 2017) and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from UNESP / Bauru (2005). He has experience in teaching in higher education in Applied Mathematics, Differential and Integral Calculus, Numerical Calculation, Differential Equations, Applied Statistics and Probability, Financial Mathematics / Economic Engineering, Risk Management, Project Viability Analysis, Corporate Finance and Stochastic Processes.
