About Rodrigo Moreira

Over the course of my 19-year career in the automotive industry, I started as an intern and am currently in the position of President of the Americas Region at Boge Rubber & Plastics. Throughout my journey, I had the privilege of taking on various roles, from Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Sales to General Plant Management, which has given me a broad, multifunctional view of the business. This experience has equipped me to work flexibly and efficiently across all areas of the organization, promoting the development of people and the creation of highly skilled teams. As Managing Director, I’ve managed to lead a sales growth of 163%, meanwhile significantly reducing personnel, material and general production costs, resulting in a substantial improvement of liquidity and a turnaround in less than a year. These efforts culminated in a public recognition as "Plant Manager of the Year" in 2022, a moment of great satisfaction in my career. My career has been marked by overcoming challenges and the pursuit of excellence. In my current role, I lead teams at the US, Mexico and Brazil, focusing on high performance. My goal is to create an environment where teams can operate autonomously, are results-oriented, and committed to customer satisfaction, always with a high level of accountability and ownership.
