About Rodrigo Morelli

Experienced engineering leader specializing in large-scale port infrastructure and greenfield construction projects. I have successfully led complex initiatives across multinational and national companies such as Brasil Terminal Portuário (BTP), APM Terminals, and Ulma Construcción. My core expertise lies in the end-to-end development of port facilities, including quay structures, container yards, administrative/operational buildings and dredging. I have strong experience navigating environmental licensing, coordinating with government authorities, and ensuring full regulatory and port authority compliance. From project design to final delivery, I drive performance, safety, and long-term value. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (UFU), and I’m certified as an Engineer Technologist (Engineers Australia), Port Specialist (CERPE19, ASCE COPRI), and FIDIC Contract Manager (by FIDIC). I also hold a specialization in Project Management (Australian Business School) and an MBA from FGV/EAESP. Driven by the challenge of delivering high-impact projects, I combine technical expertise and strategic management to ensure excellence in execution and operational performance.
