Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, Rodrigo Padilla began his career under the mentorship of legendary hairstylist Sally Hershberger, quickly rising to Senior Stylist before establishing his private client brand. Known for embracing the natural intentions of his clients’ hair, Rodrigo creates chic, contemporary, and timeless styles that enhance individuality and amplify impact. Named one of the top hairstylists in New York City, Rodrigo has worked with a wide range of celebrity and professional clients. His expertise extends beyond the salon, contributing to editorial photo shoots, runway shows, and exclusive fashion presentations. He currently works alongside renowned colorist Jenna Perry at Jenna Perry Hair, refining his craft among the best in the industry. Rodrigo is also deeply committed to the arts and culture. He is actively involved with the Whitney Museum of American Art, serving on the Drawing and Print Committee and supporting its mission to champion contemporary artists. With a background as a classically trained ballet dancer and a BA in Communications with a focus on Media Writing and Latin American Literature, Rodrigo brings a unique and multidisciplinary perspective to his work.
