With over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I am a passionate and strategic leader dedicated to driving innovation, growth, and patient-centered impact. I have led businesses across multiple countries, regions, and global markets, consistently delivering transformation through a blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to people and purpose. As President for the Middle East, Russia/Caucar, and Africa (MERA) at Pfizer, I lead a region known for its diversity, innovation, and cultural richness. My focus is on accelerating access to breakthrough treatments, strengthening healthcare systems, and empowering our talented teams to grow, thrive, and lead positive change across some of the world’s most dynamic markets. Previously, as SVP, Internal Medicine US Business Lead, I oversaw Pfizer’s commercial operations for its Internal Medicine portfolio, including cardiovascular, migraine, metabolic, and women’s health. Earlier in my career, I held leadership roles as Global Marketing Lead, Global Talent Lead, Country President, CFO, Business Unit Lead among others. These experiences shaped my ability to build high-performing, inclusive teams and deliver sustainable business transformation.
