I'm currently responsible for managing Dékuple Spain & Portugal. Dékuple is a multinational marketing services company, listed in Euronext Paris. Since I joined, Dékuple's business in Spain has made significant progress, increasing 10x in size and becoming consistently profitable. The main achievements during this time have been- Turned the company into a leading marketing services firm, specialized in developing loyalty programs and sales promotion campaigns - Restructured management team, bringing new talent in - Boosted IT investments and know-how, and developed a several proprietary platform allowing the company to launch and manage promotional and loyalty campaigns - Reduced overhead costs by streamlining processes Previously I spent several years at McKinsey & Co, where I gained extensive experience on counseling and solving problems for major corporations - mostly in IT, telecom and utilities, and in the functional areas of strategy, sales stimulation and operations. I have an MBA degree from MIT and graduated #1 in my class of telecom engineers at U. Politécnica de Madrid.
