Managing Partner - Regent Capital Partners, based in Rio de Janeiro. Responsible for origination, deal analysis, negotiation, execution, and portfolio management throughout the company. Rodrigo is the co-Founder and Managing Partner of Regent Capital Partners, a Brazil-focused M&A and investment advisory firm focused on renewable energy investment management and industrial corporate finance advisory to mid-market, large multinational companies and global financial sponsors with a presence in Brazil. In this role Rodrigo oversaw and was responsible for managing investments into a substantial portfolio of distributed generation solar plants across Brazil. ​Rodrigo is Chevening Scholar and MBA graduate of London Business School. He is also a CAPES Scholar and holds a BA in industrial engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and a Masters degree in Capital Markets from Business School IBMEC in Rio de Janeiro. ​Investment Managment, M&A and Investment Banking experience in various sectors including: Infrastructure, Renewable Power, Metals & Mining, Natural Resources, Entertainment and Leisure, and Health sectors. Vast experience in Origination, Structuring and Execution of Investments, M&A, IPO’s, Project Finance, Exim Finance and other Debt products in Brazil, Latam, London (UK) and wider Europe.
