My key responsibilities are bringing in the right mix of talents/skills, driving net new business pipeline with primary focus on driving new business growth, making sure people grow and are overachieving their targets. My team are taking care of ATOSS’ large enterpise clients and prospects to tailor our innovative WFM solutions to their challenges using Challenger Sales/MEDDIC/MEDDPICC as a methodology. In these disruptive times, I see CFO's, COO's, CIO’s and CHRO's struggling to manage all disparate legacy IT systems and accurately consolidate and process all of their countries Workforce data, as well as managing multiple business stakeholders and maintaining legacy HR, WFM and Payroll processes in multiple geographies.
