I'm Rogan Botha, a Mechanical Engineer from South Africa now based in the dynamic landscape of the United Kingdom. My tenure as a plant engineer in the manufacturing sector has honed my skills in fostering innovation and driving relentless progress. I am currently working at Sera UK as an Project Engineer, designing Industry and process solutions for our customers. My role is to engage in comprehensive discussions with customers to truly understand their unique needs and requirements. I actively collaborate with construction engineers and production during the high-level design phase to ensure that all necessary aspects are meticulously accounted for. Together, we navigate through the intricacies of the project, leveraging our expertise to determine the most effective and efficient strategies. By actively participating in these discussions and partnering closely with production and the construction engineers, I am able to contribute to the development of robust and tailored solutions that surpass client expectations. I bring a strong sense of urgency, initiative and competitive drive to the workplace, with emphasis on working with and through people in the process. I am an ambitious and driven person who is motivated by opportunity for advancement to levels of responsibility where I can use my skills as a team builder, motivator and mover.
