Background

About Roger Andersson

I have worked with systems and software development during more than 40 years in the industry of which 19 years in med-tech and 19 years in the defense industry. I enjoy working with problem solving and do not shy away from challenges.I have good knowledge of the regulatory requirements when working with med-tech. I have worked with the process for changes to the software. I have been involved in risk management, change management, complaint investigations, and various parts of the projects.I have always had close cooperation with everyone in a project, from project management, developers, and testers. Also, with other countries and cultures. E.g. USA, India, Italy, Australia, China, and Austria.I have worked with GUI design, motor controls, communication etc.One of my main qualities is being able to look at the whole of a system even when I'm in the details. I mostly try to strive to make general solutions that work instead of only focusing on the problem at hand.I have worked with many SW languages over the years, and different CM tools.I have worked both with new development and further development of already existing code. I have worked with many development environments and computer systems.I enjoy it when things happen around me and I'm happy to use my skills to help others.
